Job Profile

  • Provide customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving software-related issues promptly.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software applications for clients.
  • Deliver remote and on-site technical support to ensure smooth system operation.
  • Prepare and maintain service reports, documentation, and incident records.
  • Conduct user training sessions and assist customers in utilizing software effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve technical issues.
  • Support software implementations, updates, testing activities, and client relationship management.

Personal Profile & Skills

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, help desk operations, or
    software application support will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with SQL databases, Windows Server environments, and web-based applications.
  • A valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
