Executive - HRIS & Analytics (1-year Fixed Term Contract)

Job Description:

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

• Actively participate in workshops and meetings to document and analyze business requirements for the new HRIS.
• Collaborate with HR teams and other departments to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Assist in identifying and defining key system configurations, workflows, and integrations.

2. User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate system functionality against business requirements.
• Document and track all identified defects, issues, and bugs using a designated tracking system.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and end-users to ensure all business processes are accurately represented and tested in the new system.
• Provide feedback and insights to the project team to resolve issues and improve system performance.

3. System Monitoring & Support:

• Monitor the system's performance, data integrity, and security on an ongoing basis.
• Perform routine data audits and clean-up tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide support during system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Assist in creating and maintaining system documentation and training materials for end-users.

4. Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with the HR team, IT department, and the HRIS vendor to ensure smooth transition and operational efficiency.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates to management.

Applicant Profile:

• Proven experience in System implementation projects, specifically with UAT.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and validation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
