Requirements

• Fresh Graduates are Encouraged to Apply!
• IT Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of networking, system admin & coordinating.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware & software troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and IT equipment.
• Assist in managing networks, email, Cloud / ERP system support & user access.
• Perform system updates, backups, monitoring, and security checks.
• Maintain accurate IT asset and inventory records.
• Support employees with day-to-day IT requirements.
• Prepare and maintain IT-related documentation and reports.
