Qualifications:

• Graduates or undergraduates in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with a professional IT qualification.
• Proficiency in CRM, ERP, or accounting software/services is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (oral/written), with the ability to explain technical concepts and business processes clearly.
• Enthusiastic about software product testing and eager to learn new skills and technologies.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, work independently, and develop positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Committed to professional development and staying updated with industry advancements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, execute, and maintain test cases and identify, analyze, and report bugs.
• Perform various types of testing, including Functional, Regression, API, Smoke, and UAT.
• Create and maintain test scripts using test automation frameworks.
  Participate in requirement clarification meetings.
• Use SQL for data validation and querying
