Manual QA Tester

Adept Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to join our growing team. If you have strong experience in software testing, defect tracking, and delivering high-quality applications, we'd love to hear from you. Exposure to automation testing is considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute manual test cases and test scenarios.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Validate fixes and ensure defects are resolved before release.
  • Participate in requirement reviews and provide test estimates.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in Manual Software Testing.
  • Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management.
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with automation testing tools (Selenium or similar).
  • Experience testing telephony, VoIP, or contact center applications.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
