QA Intern (Software Quality Assurance)

Job Description

CyphLab (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in software quality assurance and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test new features and existing functionality
• Identify, document, and report bugs clearly
• Create and follow test cases and testing checklists
• Test mobile applications on different devices and screen sizes
• Perform regression testing after bug fixes and updates
• Work closely with developers to verify fixes
• Support the team in delivering stable and high-quality releases

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of software testing concepts
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to follow instructions and report issues clearly
• Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile applications
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar will be an advantage
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with the development team
