MOBILE DEVELOPER — REACT NATIVE (X2)

Remote — Sri Lanka

The FireCORE mobile app is the field engineer's weapon — put AI-powered fire safety inspection into the hands of technicians across the UAE.

THE ROLE

FireCORE is a next-generation AI powered SaaS platform built by Fire Dynamics International.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build the React Native mobile application for iOS (one developer) and Android (one developer) simultaneously
  • Implement asset inspection workflows: logging, photo capture, fault recording, compliance checklists
  • Integrate the LLM-powered AI inspection report generation — auto-drafting reports from field data
  • Build UAE Civil Defence compliance submission flows within the app
  • Implement offline-capable data sync for field use in buildings with patchy connectivity
  • Work closely with the UI/UX designer to deliver a clean, intuitive field-technician experience
  • Integrate push notifications for inspection scheduling and work order alerts
  • Optimise for performance on mid-range Android and iOS devices used by field teams
  • Use AI coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate boilerplate and test generation

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3+ years of React Native development experience with shipped apps on both iOS and Android
  • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills
  • Experience with Redux or equivalent state management in React Native
  • Familiarity with REST API integration, JWT authentication, and secure data storage on mobile
  • Comfortable with mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Expo EAS, or equivalent)
  • Experience with camera/photo capture integrations in mobile apps
  • Solid understanding of offline-first data patterns and sync strategies
  • Excellent attention to UI detail — you care about how it feels, not just whether it works

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience building field service or inspection apps
  • Familiarity with LLM API integration in mobile clients
  • Arabic RTL interface experience
  • Firebase or equivalent push notification experience
  • Previous work in PropTech, FM, or safety technology
