Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Take an active part in sales and marketing activities and campaigns
• Identify qualified leads through lead generation and customer outreach
• Conduct regular market trend and competitor research, including basic data analysis
• Participate in social media marketing activities
• Convert qualified leads into real business results
• Maintain accurate records and reports

• Undergraduate, final-year student, or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoys interacting with people and building relationships
• Friendly, sociable, and confident personality
• Results-driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media
• Strong interest in sports, activities, and event organizing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Sinhala
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
