Head of IT

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Head of IT to lead IT operations, strengthen cybersecurity, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure, network management, and cybersecurity.
• Oversee ERP/SAP implementation, integration, and management.
• Drive AI implementation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage hospital information systems and healthcare applications.
• Ensure data protection, information security, and compliance.
• Lead IT teams, vendors, and stakeholder relationships.
• Facilitate IT training and technology adoption.

Requirements

• Strong experience in IT leadership and technology management.
• Expertise in infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Knowledge of data protection and information security.
• Exposure to AI implementation and digital transformation.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Healthcare or hospital-sector experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
