Group IT Head

We We are seeking a strategic and experienced Group IT Head to lead the Group's IT function, drive the technology roadmap, and ensure IT solutions are aligned with business requirements across multiple SBUS. The selected candidate will play a key role in leading Acumatica ERP implementation and continuous improvement, digital transformation, IT governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and technology-driven business improvement across the Group.

Job Profile:

  • Lead the Group IT strategy, technology roadmap, digital transformation and IT projects across multiple SBUS.
  • Lead the implementation, rollout, optimisation and continuous improvement of Acumatica ERP and other enterprise applications. 
  • Ensure ERP systems effectively support Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and other business functions.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, systems, cybersecurity, information security and business continuity.
  • Establish and maintain IT governance, risk management, data protection and compliance standards.
  • Manage IT vendors, technology partners, contracts, budgets and cost optimisation initiatives.
  • Work closely with Group Management and SBU leadership to identify business requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
  • Lead, develop and build a high-performing Group IT team while driving technology adoption and continuous improvement.

Person Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive IT experience, including senior IT leadership or management experience.
  • Proven experience managing IT functions across multiple business units or locations.
  • Strong hands-on experience in ERP implementation, rollout, optimisation and post-implementation support, preferably Acumatica.
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud platforms and enterprise applications.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in IT project management, vendor management, budgeting and digital transformation.
  • Acumatica, Azure, Google Cloud or relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
