SmartBiz.lk is a modern POS and business management platform designed to help Sri Lankan small businesses simplify billing, manage inventory, track sales, and improve business performance.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to join our growing brand and help introduce SmartBiz.lk to businesses across Sri Lanka.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and connect with potential customers, including grocery shops, pharmacies, clothing stores, and retail businesses.
- Promote SmartBiz.lk through LinkedIn, social media, direct outreach, and other marketing channels.
- Introduce our POS system to business owners and explain its key features and benefits.
- Generate sales leads and help convert potential customers into users.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and brand awareness activities.
- Build relationships with customers and collect feedback to help us improve our product.
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing, business development, or technology.
- Confidence in communicating with business owners.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience is an advantage, but enthusiastic beginners are welcome.
What You’ll Gain
