About the Role

Rider Force (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated and confident Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Sinhala and Tamil, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable handling customer inquiries, sales calls, and leads generated through marketing campaigns.

You will play an important role in communicating with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services and pricing, and supporting our sales and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales calls and customer inquiries professionally.
• Communicate effectively with Sinhala- and Tamil-speaking customers.
• Follow up with potential customers and leads generated through advertisements.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Explain company services, pricing, and related information clearly.
• Maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to communicate customer requirements.
• Support daily sales and marketing activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Fluency in both Sinhala and Tamil is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling sales calls and customer conversations.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
• Comfortable explaining service offerings and pricing.
• Basic familiarity with computers, IT, and software tools.
• Ability to manage and follow up on leads generated through advertising campaigns.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
