Associate UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for web and digital applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups and high- fidelity UI designs.
• Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and user journeys.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Translate business and user requirements into practical design solutions.
• Maintain consistency across products using established design systems and guidelines.
• Conduct design reviews and improve interfaces based on feedback.
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized across different screen sizes.
• Prepare design assets and specifications for development handoff.
• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools and best practices.

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX design or a related role.
• Degree or diploma in IT, Design, HCI or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and modern UI/UX design tools.
• Good understanding of UX principles, usability and responsive design.
• Experience in mobile and web application design (wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, screen layouts).
• Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, spacing and layout.
• Ability to understand requirements and solve design problems creatively.
• Ability to clearly discuss and explain design options to stakeholders
• Intermediate or better proficiency in written and spoken English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A strong UI/UX portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
