Job Role :

• Provide customer support through calls, emails, and other support channels.
• Handle POS system setup & installation at customer locations.
• Conduct software demonstrations for prospective and existing customers.
• Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and network-related issues.
• Identify, diagnose, and help resolve client issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback, bug reports, and software enhancement requests, and coordinate with the Software Development Team for solutions.

Requirements :

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Certificate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and networking.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and system installations.
