We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients, providing professional customer support, basic troubleshooting, and effective technical assistance.

What you’ll do:

• Handle customer calls and support requests
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting
• Create and manage support tickets
• Communicate professionally with clients
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team
• Follow up on customer issues and maintain accurate records
