Creative Designer

Job Description

RCS2 Technologies is looking for a talented Creative Designer to join our team and create innovative visual content for our technology-driven products, solutions and brands.

Your Role

• Create engaging designs for social media, digital marketing, websites, brochures, banners, presentations and advertisements.
• Develop creative content for our technology products and solutions. 
• Create promotional content for 3D Printing, loT, Smart Education and other technology solutions.
• Use Al tools to generate ideas, visuals, images, concepts and marketing content.
• Enhance and edit creative assets using Al-assisted design tools.
• Produce short-form video and motion graphics content for digital platforms.
• Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Technical teams.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, Al tools and digital content trends.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree or relevant experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with Canva and other modern design tools.
• Practical knowledge of Al creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Video editing and motion graphics skills are an advantage.
• Creative thinking and strong visual communication skills.
• Good understanding of typography. colour, layout and branding.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
