Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, workstations, and network devices
• Monitor system performance and help troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Support user account management (creation, permissions, password resets) on systems like Active Directory
• Help maintain backups, security updates, and patch management
• Assist with documentation of IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
• Support helpdesk/ticketing system by responding to and resolving basic IT requests
• Inventory management and handling
• Assist in monitoring network security and reporting anomalies
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects
• Learn and support cloud environment tasks

Skills & Qualifications

• Completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux)
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), or cloud platforms is a plus
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
