Associate System & Network Administrator

POTENZA is looking for an Associate System & Network Administrator to join our growing team.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain the System, Network and Cloud hosted services, as well as Network/System performance monitoring to ensure maximum uptime and quality connectivity for IT services
  • Responsible for endpoint protection, vulnerability mitigation and a patch update
  • Manage and maintains Azure AD, 0365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange
  • Performs all critical data backups and secures data according to established procedures
  • Support and maintaining voice and data VLANs. MPLS circuits and VPNs
  • Develop and maintain network, system and cloud security procedures
  • Planning infrastructure for new applications and services
  • Assist coordinating special projects
  • Maintain familiarity with currently implemented and new technology, including new versions of software, implementation upgrades, and changes to procedures/policies
  • Provide clear communication and documentation of events, processes, procedures, and configuration details
  • Communicate and monitor compliance with existing practices
  • Manage vendors and acquire support from them when required

Candidate Prerequisites

  • Minimum 3 years' hands on experience in the same field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computing
  • Possess excellent inter-personal & communication skills
  • High degree of self-motivation to be driven to accept challenges
