Job Description

Innovoo Solutions is looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or an individual with 1–2 years of experience who is interested in developing a career in sales and client coordination within a fast-growing digital solutions company.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients and support the sales team throughout the sales process.
• Communicate with potential and existing clients and respond to their inquiries.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular client communication.
• Assist with preparing quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client information, and sales activities.
• Coordinate internally with relevant teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Support the team with day-to-day sales and administrative activities.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Strong interpersonal and client coordination skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on-site.
