Innovoo Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. We welcome candidates with 1–2 years of experience.

The ideal candidate should have skills in graphic design and video editing, along with an interest in digital marketing and social media profile management. This role involves working on diverse client projects, creating engaging visual content, editing videos, and supporting the management of social media platforms and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative and engaging content for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Edit Reels, TikTok videos, promotional videos, corporate videos, and other short-form content.
• Create graphics and videos according to client brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for different client brands.
• Manage and maintain client social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and publishing social media content.
• Support the preparation and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop content for monthly content calendars.
• Monitor social media pages and ensure content is published according to schedule.
• Make design and video revisions based on client and internal feedback.
• Stay updated with social media trends, design trends, video trends, and digital marketing practices.
• Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• A Degree, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Media Arts Production Technology, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and CapCut.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media profile management.
• Understanding of content creation for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Creativity with a strong eye for design, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work according to deadlines.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and adapt to different client requirements.
• A portfolio showcasing graphic design and/or video editing work is required.
