Telasis Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is an established ICT solutions provider delivering enterprise technology solutions across IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, data management, communication systems and related technology solutions.

As part of our rapid business expansion and growth strategy, we are strengthening our team and are looking for a dynamic, well-organised and motivated Sales Coordinator to join us and support our growing sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor tender opportunities and coordinate the preparation and submission of government and private-sector tenders through relevant procurement platforms.
  • Support the Sales Team in preparing quotations, sales orders, invoices and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, technical teams and internal departments to facilitate the smooth execution of the sales process.
  • Maintain tender, customer and sales records and ensure timely follow-up on quotations, orders and submissions.
  • Provide general sales coordination and administrative support to the Sales Team.

Candidate Profile

  • Diploma, professional qualification or partly completed qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, IT or a related field will be an advantage.
  • –2 years’ experience in sales coordination, tender coordination, procurement, administration or a similar role is preferred.
  • Previous experience in government tender documentation and online tender/e-procurement platforms will be a distinct advantage.
  • Experience in the ICT/technology industry will be an added advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, email and general computer applications.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organisational, coordination and follow-up skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively with different teams.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow with the organisation.
