About Us

Perpova Developers is a Matara-based technology company delivering solutions across embedded systems, IoT, and full-stack software development. We're looking for a motivated Flutter intern to join our mobile development team and contribute to real client and internal projects.

Role Overview

As a Mobile Application Developer Intern, you'll work alongside our development team to build, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. This is a hands-on role suited to someone looking to gain practical, production-level experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing mobile applications using Flutter/Dart
• Implement UI components based on design specifications (Figma/XD)
• Integrate REST APIs and work with backend teams to connect app features
• Debug and fix issues across Android and iOS builds
• Write clean, maintainable, and documented code
• Participate in code reviews and team stand-ups
• Assist with testing (unit/widget testing) and basic app deployment processes

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Flutter and Dart
• Understanding of mobile app architecture and state management (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, or similar — even at a conceptual level)
• Familiarity with Git/version control
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

Nice to Have

• Prior personal or academic Flutter projects (portfolio/GitHub link welcome)
• Exposure to Firebase, SQLite, or other mobile data storage solutions
• Basic understanding of native Android/iOS concepts
