We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Implementation Engineer – Trainee to become one of the first key members of our Cloud ERP delivery team.
This is more than a traditional technical role. You’ll will play a pivotal role and work closely with corporate clients, business analysts, project leaders, and software teams to bridge the gap between business finance and cloud technology
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes (finance, accounting, operations) and map them to the Cloud ERP system.
- Work with clients to identify functional requirements and business workflows.
- Configure Cloud ERP modules (finance, ledger, inventory, CRM) according to client specs.
- Assist with data collection, data mapping, and initial data migration into the ERP system.
- Conduct user training sessions and workshops for client staff.
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), user manuals, and technical documentation.
- Provide post-implementation support to resolve early-stage technical queries or operational issues.
- Serve as an active link between the client and internal technical/product development teams.
- Perform functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot system issues and log technical bugs for developers during the setup phase.
What We’re Looking For
- Graduates or undergraduates in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a professional qualification in Business Management,
- Intermediate-level CIMA, or a similar discipline.
- Strong finance and accounting background.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and business processes effectively.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and strong presentation abilities.
- Capability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Attention to detail and motivation to learn new skills and technologies.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to build positive relationships and provide support to colleagues and clients.
Added Advantages
- Atleast 6 months of internship or work experience in a related role.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or accounting software packages.
