Project Associate (Inventory Profiling & Warehouse Relocation)

Job Description

Asian Logistics Solutions (ALS) is looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Inventory Profiling & Warehouse Relocation Project.

• Location: Colombo
• Duration: Approximately 3–4 months
• Engagement: Contract / Project-Based

We’re looking for candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, confidence in MS Excel, and an interest in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or business-related fields.

Graduates, undergraduates, and individuals with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Comfortable with hands-on tasks cycle counts, labeling, SKU measurement
• Graduates and undergraduates in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business-related fields
• G.C.E. A/L completed in the Maths stream are also welcome
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning)
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Good communication skills for coordinating with warehouse staff & suppliers
• Ability to work independently once briefed
• Residing in the Colombo area

Added Advantage:

• Prior exposure to ERP/WMS systems
• Experience in data entry or cycle counting

Engagement Type: Fixed-term, project-based (~4 months), suited to undergraduates or freelancers available for a multi-day weekly commitment.
