HRC Labs was established to lead the technological transformation of HealthRecon Connect (HRC). Propelled by the deep domain expertise and industry leading service capability of HRC, HRC Labs focus on enhancing the efficiency of healthcare delivery through intelligent automation solutions for healthcare providers. Our tools sustainably improve clients’ operating margins and cash flows by compressing their working capital cycle and reducing their administrative burden.
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join HRC focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) technology automation and solutions.

Important: HealthRecon Connect currently operates under a hybrid work arrangement, with the number of remote workdays varying by team. However, depending on client deliverables and business needs, employees may be required to work on-site for all five weekdays.

Responsibilities:
- Champion Agile and Scrum best practices across project teams while promoting Agile adoption throughout the organization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for identifying and resolving process-related impediments to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Foster effective communication, collaboration, and alignment among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Coach, mentor, and support team members in Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to manage product backlogs, prioritize work items, and address business and customer requirements.
- Plan, facilitate, and coordinate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, while maintaining relevant Agile artifacts and documentation.
- Monitor sprint scope, timelines, team capacity, velocity, and delivery progress to ensure predictable and successful sprint execution.
- Configure, administer, and optimize Jira projects, workflows, issue types, dashboards, and Confluence documentation to support evolving business processes.
- Deliver Agile, Scrum, and project management awareness sessions for operational teams and newly onboarded employees across HRC and HRC Labs.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, timelines, and work plans, ensuring project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are effectively tracked and managed.
Qualifications/Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
- Strong hands-on experience in Agile project management, Agile delivery, and Agile coaching.
- Professional certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-PMP, CSPO, or equivalent will be a distinct advantage.
- Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or the US Healthcare domain will be an added advantage.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance project planning, tracking, reporting, and team productivity is highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing implementation and product delivery projects from initiation through successful completion.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Hands-on expertise in configuring and managing Jira and Confluence, including workflows, issue types, JQL, dashboards, reporting, and project administration.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward successful project outcomes.
