About the Role

Cloud Syntex is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Analyst Intern to join our team. This internship is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to gain practical experience in business analysis and work on real software development projects.

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work closely with our developers and QA engineers to understand business requirements and help deliver effective software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to understand project needs.
  • Prepare user stories, process flows, and other project documentation.
  • Work closely with developers and QA engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the team in improving business processes and software solutions.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Previous Business Analyst experience is an added advantage
