Job Description

Responsibilities
- Support the execution of visually compelling creative assets across all brand channels, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
- Translate creative briefs and marketing strategies into accurate design and
video outputs that align with our brand guidelines. - Ideate and execute modern visual formats, keeping up with the latest video and post design trends to effectively communicate our brand narrative.
- Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content, including motion graphics and basic animations, for digital and internal channels.
- Use GenAl tools to support ideation, visual enhancement, content variations, and workflow efficiency, while maintaining full creative ownership, brand integrity, and quality control.
- Manage creative execution across multiple campaigns and channels, ensuring consistent quality, format accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective and on-brand
creative solutions.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication,
Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Minimum 1.5-2 years of hands-on experience in a creative media, graphic
design, or similar execution-focused role involving digital, print, and video
content. - Strong hands-on proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design and composition, with solid working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects for video and motion-based content.
- Ability to work seamlessly across Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, selecting the most appropriate tools based on brand requirements
- A creative mindset with the ability to understand the robotics/Al domain and conceptualize visuals that surpass basic Al generation capabilities.
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and brand tone, with the ability to execute designs that are consistent, on-brand, and aligned with overall marketing objectives
- Sound knowledge of branding fundamentals and design principles, applied
consistently across digital and print media. - Ability to prepare print-ready materials
- UI/Ux designing experience is highly advantageous.
- 3D design skills and hands-on experience using Blender and Unreal Engine are considered strong assets for this role.
