Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Prepare BRDs, SRS documents, user stories, process flows, scope documents, and functional specifications.
  • Work closely with customers, product owners, technical teams, QA teams, and project managers.
  • Handle requirement clarification sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Support project planning, requirement prioritization, and delivery coordination.
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution discussions, proposal preparation, effort estimation, presentations, and customer demonstrations.
  • Review and validate test scenarios, UAT documents, and user acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure project scope, requirements, and deliverables are clearly communicated and tracked.
  • Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement areas during project execution.

Requirement & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the telco or digital solutions domain.
  • Strong understanding of telecom products, digital platforms, CRM, charging, billing, integrations, APIs, self-care apps, VAS, SMS, USSD, roaming, or related telco services.
  • Experience in handling customer-facing projects and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience in preparing BRD, SRS, SOW, user stories, process flows, and proposal documents.
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle, Agile/Scrum, and project delivery processes.
  • Ability to coordinate with technical, QA, project, and business teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Experience in pre-sales, proposal preparation, solution presentations, or customer demonstrations will be an added advantage.
