Senior Business Analyst / Business Analyst (Business Process Re-engineering - Banking and Finance Domain)

Orysys is seeking dynamic and experienced Business Analysts with strong exposure to the Banking & Finance sector to drive Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will analyze, redesign, and optimize banking processes to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve banking and financial service processes.
  • Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, root cause analysis, and workflow optimization.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and gather business requirements.
  • Design future-state business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business, compliance, operations, and technology teams.
  • Support digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop process documentation, SOPs, workflows, and business cases.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure process performance.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and risk management requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, IT, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Business Transformation, or BPR within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
  • Experience working with banks, finance companies, fintech organizations, insurance companies, or consulting firms serving financial institutions.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Professional certifications (CBAP, CCBA, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, BPM) will be an added advantage.

  • Banking Transformation and Process Excellence initiatives.
  • Core Banking System implementation or migration projects.
  • Regulatory and compliance-driven projects.
  • Fintech solutions, digital banking channels, and process automation technologies.
