Google Ads Campaign Manager (Task Based)

Enliven Designers (Pvt.) Ltd is a leading service provider of comprehensive web solutions in Sri Lanka. We specialize in Web Designing, Web Hosting, Web Development, Content Writing, SEO, Social Media Marketing and BPO operations.
We are seeking a results driven Google Ads Campaign Manager to plan, execute, monitor, optimise, and scale Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete campaign lifecycle from research and strategy development to reporting and ongoing optimisation while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Management
- Develop Google Ads strategies based on client objectives.
- Create, launch, and manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Shopping (where applicable), and Remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ad scheduling.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement ongoing optimisations to improve ROI.
Performance Optimisation
- Analyse campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, CPL, and ROAS
- Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages.
- Optimise keywords, bids, audiences, and Quality Scores.
- Maintain negative keyword lists and search term analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
Tracking & Analytics
- Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Ads conversion tracking.
- Ensure accurate tracking of leads, purchases, calls, and other conversion events.
- Troubleshoot tracking issues and maintain data accuracy.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare campaign strategies and implementation plans.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Maintain campaign documentation, optimisation logs, and budget tracking.
- Present campaign performance and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
Collaboration
- Work closely with SEO specialists, content writers, designers, developers, and project managers.
- Participate in client meetings when required.
- Provide recommendations for landing page improvements to maximise conversions.
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Experience managing lead generation campaigns across various industries
- Proficiency in keyword research, bid management, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation. Experience using Google Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel for reporting
- Knowledge of landing page optimisation and CRO
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
