SEO Specialist

Enliven Designers (Pvt.) Ltd. is a Sri Lanka-based one-stop shop for all your web and digital requirements, offering services such as Web Design, Web Hosting, Web Development, Content Writing, BPO Services, and Social Media Marketing.
We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to drive organic growth and improve search visibility across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Technical, On-Page, Off-Page, Local, GEO, and AEO, and will work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to increase visibility and lead generation.

  • Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible 8 hours per day Salary: LKR 50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor research.
  • Optimize website architecture, metadata, internal linking, and content.
  • Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits and resolve indexing, crawling, and performance issues.
  • Build and execute high-quality white-hat link-building strategies.
  • Optimize Core Web Vitals and overall website performance. Monitor Google algorithm updates and implement necessary improvements.
  • An attractive Service Provider Fee awaits the right candidate.

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

  • Optimize content for Al-powered search experiences, including Google Al Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other generative search platforms.
  • Implement structured data (Schema) and semantic SEO best practices.
  • Create Al-friendly content that increases visibility in generative search results.

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

  • Optimize content to appear in featured snippets, People Also Ask (PAA), Al-generated answers, and voice search results.
  • Structure content using FAQs, schema markup, and entity-based optimization.
  • Develop content strategies focused on user intent and direct-answer formats.
  • Improve content authority and E-E-A-T signals to maximize answer engine visibility.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and SEMrush.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports with actionable insights.
  • Track keyword rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of proven experience in SEO.
  • Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, Content SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
  • Hands-on experience in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress. Experience using Al tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity for SEO research, analysis, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
