Graphic Designer Intern

Enliven Designers (Pvt.) Ltd is a one-stop shop for all web requirements such as Web Designing. Web Hosting, Web Development, Content Writing, SEO and Social Media Marketing based in Sri Lanka. We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our team in the role of Graphic Designer Intern.

Key Details

  • Internship Period: 6 Months
  • Working Schedule: Mon - Fri (Flexible 8 hours per day)
  • Internship Allowance: LKR 30,000 - 35,000 per month
  • Work Model: Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand design briefs and deliver assigned design tasks within agreed timelines.
  • Communicate proactively when additional information, content, images, or clarifications are required. 
  • Make necessary design improvements and revisions based on feedback from supervisors, team members, or clients.
  • Maintain and organize editable source files for all completed designs.
  • Follow proper file organization and naming conventions according to company and client requirements. 
  • Upload completed designs to the relevant task management or cloud storage platforms.
  • Participate in online meetings, design reviews, training sessions, and team discussions as required.
  • Provide regular updates on completed, ongoing, and pending design tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Website and Digital Marketing teams to support creative requirements.
  • Ensure the use of licensed images, fonts, icons, templates, and other design resources.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information, designs, campaign materials, and internal documents.
  • Obtain necessary approval before publishing or sharing company or client-related work.
  • Continuously improve design skills by exploring new tools, techniques, and current industry trends.
  • Perform other design-related tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Website Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or Creative Lead.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar design software.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate must have their own laptop or personal computer with stable internet connection
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management skills and punctuality
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
