We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Transformation Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for equipping our sales and technical teams with the knowledge and strategies needed to effectively showcase our cutting-edge solutions, with a strong focus on AI integration, Google Workspace, and Microsoft ecosystems.

Job Summary

The Enterprise Transformation Lead will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for our new & existing clients and for internal staff as well. This role involves translating complex technical concepts specifically around Artificial Intelligence, Google Workspace, and Microsoft solutions into compelling, value-driven demonstrations and pitches. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our team’s technical capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and driving revenue growth through impactful pre-sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute end-to-end training curriculums focused on pre-sales strategies, technical demonstrations, and solution selling.
  • Integrate AI methodologies, tools, and value propositions into training modules to keep the team at the forefront of technological innovation.
  • Deliver deep-dive training sessions on Google Workspace and Microsoft product suites, ensuring teams can architect and present seamless hybrid solutions.
  • Conduct regular evaluation sessions, mock presentations, and workshops to refine the team’s public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership, product managers, and technical teams to align training content with market demands and organizational goals.
  • Continuously assess individual and team performance gaps, providing constructive feedback and tailored coaching.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to proactively update training materials.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or corporate IT training, with a proven track record of enabling sales teams.
  • Strong, verifiable expertise in AI technologies, cloud environments, and enterprise software ecosystems.
