Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting clients, conducting product presentations, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit potential and existing clients to promote company products and services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and quotations.
  • Prepare sales reports and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
  • Coordinate with the support and implementation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, field sales, or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid riding license for field visits.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala; Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.
