Trainee IT Support Executive / IT Support

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone and email
  • Support integrations for web developers and designers
  • Monitor systems daily, identify issues, and escalate when needed
  • Manage and prioritize multiple support tickets

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Windows & Linux systems (Ubuntu, Debian, Centos)
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN networks
  • Familiar with RDC, VNC, SSH access
  • Experience troubleshooting IT systems and applications
  • Ability to install and configure routers, switches, IP phones, printers
  • Familiar with hosting panels (cPanel / Plesk)
