Zilora Systems – Business Development Executive (IT Solutions)

Zilora Systems is seeking a driven and tech-savvy Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base across Sri Lanka. This role is ideal for candidates with an IT background who enjoy client-facing work and want to leverage their technical knowledge in a business growth role.

🏠 Work Type: Work From Home | Occasional Client Visits Required 

Responsibilities 

  • Identify and connect with potential clients for our AI & business software solutions 
  • Present and demonstrate Zilora AI Systems' technology offerings to prospects 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships 
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and business opportunities 
  • Act as the bridge between technical solutions and client needs 

Requirements 

  • Background in IT, Computer Science, Software, or related field 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality 
  • Own laptop (required for remote work) 
  • Own motorcycle with valid riding license 
  • Willingness to visit clients when required 

Added Advantage 

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM tools, or business software 
  • Understanding of AI solutions or SaaS products 
  • Located in Kurunegala or Gampaha district 

Compensation 

💰 Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 250,000+ per month Includes: Fixed salary + Allowances + Performance-based commissions
