Associate Business Analyst - Process Management & Excellence

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Business Analyst to drive operational efficiency. You will bridge the gap between client business goals and technical execution through effective stakeholder management and visual process modeling.

What You'll Do

  • Create detailed process flows and comprehensive process maps
  • Translate high-level client business requirements to user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Analyze workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and automate tasks.
  • Maintain and create clear documentations including and not limited to SRS, Project Proposals, UAT Documents and User Manuals.
  • Develop solutions in CRM and workflow automation (Training will be provided).

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Business Process Management, IT or any related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or process management.
  • Proficiency in creating process maps and swimlane diagrams using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with CRM and Project Management platforms.
