Position Overview

We are seeking motivated School Leavers and Undergraduates to transform academic material into engaging, interactive learning experiences for O/L and A/L students using Al technology. This is not a marketing role; it is a position centered on instructional design and educational innovation. Comprehensive training on Al-driven instructional design tools and methodologies will be provided to all successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert syllabus concepts into interactive modules, scenarios, and adaptive study paths.
• Use Al to build diverse resources like quizzes, case studies, and guided exploration tools.
• Simplify complex theories into interactive, step-by-step learning journeys.
• Stay updated on Al trends to continuously refine our educational methodologies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong performance in Science or Commerce (A/L or O/L, National or Edexcel). 
• Currently an undergraduate or a recent school leaver.
• A passion for leveraging technology to enhance student engagement.
• Ability to visualize user interaction and iterate content based on outcomes.
• Exceptional English proficiency with the ability to simplify complex subject matter.
