What You'll Do

• Assist in gathering client needs and translating them into project documentation.
• Help the team draft process flows and swimlane diagrams.
• Work closely with cross functional teams on daily operational tasks.
• Assist in creating clear project documentations.

What You Need

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Business Process Management, IT or any related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset.
• Eager to learn and develop within CRM and automated workflow platforms (Hands-on training provided).
