The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical Trainee / Intern Business Analyst to join a fast-paced international team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and operational execution. You will assist in gathering requirements, analyzing data, and preparing documentation for stakeholders based in Australia.

This position is ideal for a recent graduate or a final-year undergraduate looking to launch a career in Business Analysis within a supportive, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Australian business teams to understand, gather, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Assist in data collection, clean-up, and detailed data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Create clear process maps, workflow diagrams, and project documentation.
  • Help maintain project trackers, ensuring deadlines and milestones are monitored accurately.
  • Prepare clear summaries, reports, and presentations for management review.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • An educational background in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English is mandatory, as you will interact daily with international stakeholders.
  • Strong Analytical Capabilities: Solid foundational knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data sorting, formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.).
  • A sharp eye for detail, structural problem-solving abilities, and a high level of curiosity.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined enough to thrive in a structured, 100% remote working environment.
