Coordinator - Technical Support

We are a leading ICT solutions provider engaged in enterprise software solutions, digital signage, queue management systems and customer support services, catering to a wide range of reputed corporate clients islandwide.

We are looking for a dynamic, organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Coordinator Technical Support.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day technical support activities with customers and internal technical teams.
• Follow up and monitor customer support requests to ensure timely resolution. Maintain proper communication and coordination between customers, technical staff and management.
• Prepare and maintain support-related documentation, reports and records.
• Coordinate service schedules, customer visits and technical support activities.
• Follow up on project-related tasks assigned within project schedules and ensure timely completion by the relevant teams.
• Escalate unresolved issues and pending matters to the relevant departments and management.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective coordination and communication.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year prior experience in customer coordination, administration or a similar role.
• Academic qualifications in Degree / Higher Diploma in Management, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications and report preparation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in handling technical support coordination will be an added advantage.
