Tele Sales Representatives (Remote)

Position Overview

We are looking for highly motivated Tele Sales Representatives to manage outbound communications with customers (Mainly Hotels) . The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to understand customer needs while supporting appointment scheduling and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
  • Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate information and solutions
  • Schedule service appointments and maintain accurate customer records
  • Manage inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Qualify leads and support sales conversion activities
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and business closure
  • Utilize internal web and mobile systems for daily operations
  • Escalate priority matters to sales or management teams when necessary
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: GCE A-Level / Undergraduate and above

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • Exposure to outbound calling or cold calling is an advantage

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent spoken Singala and English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer handling abilities
  • Sales orientation 
  • Proficiency in computer applications and online systems
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
