About the Role

Wisdom RecruitmentS is partnering with a growing Australian Cloud ERP advisory consultancy to recruit high-potential Finance, Accounting, and IT graduates in Sri Lanka. This position offers a fully sponsored pathway to becoming an internationally certified Acumatica Cloud ERP Business Consultant, combining structured learning, official certification exams, and direct exposure to live Australian client projects.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Sponsored Certifications: Master core Acumatica Financials, Distribution, and operational modules through guided self-study and official certification exams.
• Process Mapping: Learn to map business processes, translate client requirements into functional specs, and assist with workflow configurations.
• Implementation Support: Assist senior consultants with data mapping, system testing, integration reviews, and user documentation creation.
• Client Engagement: Participate in requirement-gathering sessions, functional design reviews, and post-go-live support alongside Australian project leads.

Qualifications & Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g., CIMA / ACCA / ACA operational levels).
• Analytical Mindset: Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and a solid grasp of basic business/accounting processes.
• Communication: Confident verbal and written English skills for direct collaboration with international project teams and clients.
• Drive & Adaptability: High self-motivation, eagerness to learn enterprise software, and commitment to achieving global ERP certifications.
