Assistant Manager - IT

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic individual who would like to take on challenges and join with our winning team.

Entry Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g., CCNP, MCSA/MCSE).
  • Age below 40 years.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role (System and Network Administration)
  • Extensive experience in Configuring Network Switches (Cisco/HP/Aruba) and troubleshooting network protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022/ Virtualization). Experience with firewall management and VPN configurations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts if required for emergency maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain the hospital's LAN/WAN infrastructure.
  • Expertly configure and manage Network Switches (VLANs, trunking, port security) and Routers.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, and Group Policy management).
  • Monitor network security, manage firewalls, and ensure data backups are performed regularly.
  • Provide high-level technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Oversee the IT support team to ensure timely resolution of tickets and minimal downtime.
