Job Summary / Description:

As a Sales & Marketing Intern at Urban Escape Villa, you will be responsible for supporting the digital presence, social media marketing, and guest reservation operations of our luxury boutique villa. This role offers hands-on experience in hospitality marketing, content creation, event promotion, and client relationship management within a premier private estate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital & Social Media Marketing:
   • Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to increase brand visibility.
   • Design promotional visuals, short videos, and posts highlighting villa amenities, packages, and special events.
2. Sales & Reservation Support:
   • Handle incoming guest inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and social media channels promptly and professionally.
   • Assist the management in preparing booking quotes, coordinating event requests (weddings, photoshoots, private gatherings), and following up with prospective clients.
3. Content Creation & Photography/Videography Support:
   • Capture photo and video content around the villa estate to showcase its scenic ambiance, luxury suites, and event spaces.
4. Market Research & Campaigns:
   • Research hospitality trends, competitor offerings, and target customer segments to help plan promotional campaigns and special seasonal packages.
