IT Asset Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for passionate and motivated IT Professionals to be deployed at our client site.

Candidate will be responsible for:

• Manage the full IT asset lifecycle, including provisioning. replacement, and decommissioning, ensuring optimal asset ulization.
• Review and maintain CMDB and ITAM systems, conduct asset audits to identity missing assets, and ensure accurate asset records.
• Complie, verity, and reconcile inventory data, resolve discrepancies according to audit criteria, and improve IT asset data quality.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI based on business requirements.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation Initiatives.
• Coordinate with other teams to obtain and share accurate asset information in a timely manner.
• Record, review, and track IT asset maintenance information.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to achieve business objectives and research relevant IT standards and protocols.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science/IT
• Strong MS Excel and analytical skills
• Basic technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and asset management
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Experience in IT support, inventory management, or ticketing tools is an advantage
