Job Description

Join our IT team to support ERP and POS systems, Microsoft Azure cloud services and day-to-day technology across our branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the company ERP and POS systems.
• Coordinate with software and cloud vendors. 
• Assist with the maintenance of our Azure cloud environment and physical servers.
• Assist with network, hardware and software maintenance.
• Help monitor enterprise endpoint security (eg. Bitdefender, Kaspersky).
• Support management with stock control and the monthly stock count..
• Help maintain the IT asset inventory.
• Respond to user requests and provide timely, courteous support.
• Help manage and maintain the CCTV system.
• Prepare monthly reports on system issues and on the usage of services and devices.
• Carry out other IT support duties assigned by management

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma in IT or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in IT troubleshooting inventory management and vendor coordination
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and IT best practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to branches when required.

• Vendor certifications will be an added advantage.
