Junior Accounts Executive

Prime One Global is looking for a Junior Accounts Executive who is eager to build a long-term career in finance and accounting. Whether you're a recent graduate or have up to one year of experience, this is an opportunity to work alongside experienced finance professionals while gaining hands-on exposure in a fast-growing multinational company.

Location: Vavuniya (Full-Time | On-site)

What You'll Do

  • Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
  • Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree, Diploma, AAT, CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
  • Good communication skills in English.
