Solution Engineer – ICT and AI Technologies

The Role:

  • Support the development and presentation of ICT and technology solutions for customers and partners.
  • Work closely with sales, account management, business development, and technical teams to understand customer requirements and develop suitable solutions.
  • Build knowledge across Huawei’s technology portfolio, including ICT Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, and AI-related solutions.
  • Participate in customer meetings, solution discussions, technical workshops, demonstrations, and partner engagements.
  • Continuously learn new technologies and adapt to rapidly evolving industry trends.
  • Support internal and external technical activities, solution development, and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multicultural and multinational working environment.

Key Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates from reputable universities with First Class or Second Class Upper / equivalent academic performance are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with relevant industry experience are also welcome.
  • Strong interest in ICT, AI, Cloud, Networking, and emerging technologies. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-changing technology environment.
  • Comfortable working in a multinational, competitive, and performance-driven corporate culture.
