Are you a results-driven marketer who can turn ideas into campaigns and campaigns into customers?

Join ZOVRO and help grow our ERP, POS, accounting, and business software solutions. We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager with strong digital marketing, lead generation, and business development skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote ZOVRO’s software solutions and attract business customers.
• Manage digital marketing, including social media, paid advertising, website content, and search engine optimization.
• Generate qualified leads and coordinate customer meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups with our team.
• Measure and improve results by tracking campaign performance, marketing costs, leads, and customer conversions.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or business development. Experience in IT, software, ERP, or B2B marketing will be an advantage.
• Practical skills in Meta Ads, Google Ads, content creation, and campaign reporting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Sinhala and English, with the ability to work independently and achieve agreed targets.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skills.
